Janice M. Hernandez graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Janice enjoys working with people and has an eye for detail in contractual law. This combination of skills has helped her be a successful real estate professional since 1996. A majority of her clients have used her services, due to the fact, that she excels in encouraging her clients throughout the real estate transaction, communicating and negotiating the contract in positive ways. She is utterly dependable and will follow through with serving her clients, while practicing business with impeccable ethics. To some the process of buying or selling a property may be overwhelming, but Janice instinctively understands how to bring structure to the process.
